3) Donny 17 yrs old Convicted of Theft of automobile (MVT) – joy riding with friends’ uncles car – he was not driving No previous record Unemployed, not attending school, lives with dad
4) Denise 28 yrs old Convicted of Burglary – broke into 3 houses with boyfriend and 2 friends – stole various electronics and jewelry Previously convicted twice of DUI and once for Negotiating Worthless Instrument (check fraud) – completed 3 months incarceration Unemployed, lives with boyfriend, high school graduate

Convicted of possession of marijuana – during traffic stop for expired vehicle registration, 3 marijuana joints found in car Previously convicted of assault – paid fine Works at WalMart, lives with girlfriend, has GED
6) Steve 32 yrs old Convicted of Assault – punched 22 yr old man in parking lot of Starbucks for cutting him off and giving him the finger Previously convicted of theft (under probation); sexual assault and forcible confinement (completed 25 months incarceration) Works as a plumbers apprentice, lives with his brother, has GED
