Assessment Requirement:

2. Evaluate the generic competitive strategies adopted by this organization on its corporate, business, and operational levels. CLO3
3. Critically analyse the company’s business model and the drivers of internationalisation. CLO1, CLO3
4. Critically evaluate the direction of strategic development have been followed by Virgin and the parenting organisation role. CLO1, CLO3
5. Formulate the future corporate strategy incorporating innovation for gaining competitive advantage and make recommendations for the role of the strategic leadership. CLO4
CLO1: Critically appraise a detailed body of knowledge of recent developments in strategy and strategic management.
CLO3: Critically apply advanced skills required in research, analysis, evaluation of complex ideas, information, concepts and/or activities related to strategy.
