My behavior is to reduce screen time.
Select a behavior your wish to change and develop an intervention for yourself, and make sure you can collect the data on that behavior for six days. My behavior is to “reduce screen time/phone checking/phone use”. Monitor the behavior for the first three days WITHOUT the intervention. Then begin your intervention and monitor your behavior for the next three WITH the intervention. Then conduct your experimient, but only submit one paragraph describing your behavior and intervention.
Use any method you find easy to collect your data this week for six days. Monitor your intervention and your behavior and enter it into an excel spreadsheet.
