At least five supporting references from well-respected OB/Management academic and practitioner journals must be integrated to support your case analysis/research. Do not use internet websites/blogs as external references. The textbook and assigned articles may be used as citations in the paper, but they will not count toward the five required external sources. (Options #1 and #2 only. The Book Review, Option #3, does NOT require any external resources.)
