The Question is ******Please read the assigned material for this week, and I would like you to comment on the following:
1- The textbook describes few forces for change. In your opinion which of the described forces would impose the greatest force and why?
2- What are the main forces for change that the Lego Group was exposed to? Which one was the most challenging?
By the way, have you noticed how the Lego Group used innovative strategies to deal with these forces? …. Innovation is not only about ‘technology’! an idea, a plan, a process, etc can be very innovative as well. Also note that ‘Change’ can lead to changes in plans and strategies ….. and the opposite is also true!! The introductions of new plan and strategies often, if not always, lead to ‘change’.********
