The HR related topic I chose: Stress and Wellness
What is the importance of a company contributing to an employee’s overall wellness?
This is the feedback from the professor:
“How are you defining wellness? What metrics would you use to measure it?
What constitutes a company “contributing” to wellness? Is the proposal to change how that works?
What is the comparison? You have to be able to determine whether or not the intervention (contribution to wellness) is effective by comparing the same outcomes where it was not present or was different somehow. For example, before vs after the “wellness contribution” or a control/experimental groups (or both).
What things would you measure to answer the question if it works or not?
