At the conclusion, each person should submit their individual summary and analysis of the process, to include, but not limited to: do you feel your team won or lost? Why? Would you have done things differently than you did? What and why? After this experience, do you feel unions are beneficial? Why or why not? It should also include the issue you negotiated, the resolution, and your overall observations of this assignment. This should be at least 1 page in length. Each person should post this summary to the discussion board. You should also respond to 2 of your classmates. At least 1 of those responses should be to an opposing side (management if you were on the union team, union if you were on the management team).
