Think about the organization that you work for or one that you know well. Review Chapter 4 to refresh your understanding of the external environment. How would you briefly describe your organization’s task and general environments? With the changes in those environments and the changes that your organization has experienced, how has it responded to its changing environment? How has it been successful or unsuccessful?
