Briefly introduce your company and what it does. Make sure it is easy to understand for the reader. Include examples, illustrations, figures… if appropriate. Any historical information should be succinct. Should not exceed half a page double-spaced.

REVENUE MODEL(S)
-Study the revenue models in the MS Excel sheet on Blackboard. This sheet catalogues most, but not all, existing revenue models. You might have to do additional research to find your company’s revenue model(s).
-Which revenue model(s) does your company currently use? Discuss.
-Come up with one creative idea for your firm to use a different revenue model.
If your company is currently selling a product, selling another product is NOT a new revenue model (they both belong under the product sales revenue model).
-Discuss how your new idea is different from the current revenue model(s).

IF YOUR COMPANY IS A CONGLOMERATE OR HOLDING COMPANY WITH MULTIPLE SUBSIDIARIES OR STRATEGIC BUSINESS UNITS, FOCUS ON ONLY ONE BUSINESS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PAPER. Examples of multi-business companies include, but are not limited to, GE, Tencent, Disney, Alphabet…

BUSINESS MODEL
-Complete a Business Model Canvas (BMC) for your company and include it as a Figure. An editable Business Model Canvas Template is included in Appendix A of this document. Single space the BMC.
-Describe your company’s business model by walking the reader through it in a logical fashion and make sure to refer to the Figure you developed. While the Business Model Canvas Figure should have all 9 elements completed, in your narrative you should focus on areas that are critical to the company or set it apart from competitors.
-Choose an element of the business model canvas that needs improvement
-> Why does it need improvement (use facts, not opinion)
-> Suggest a change to improve it
-> Provide reasoning behind why this would be an improvement (use facts, not opinion)

CONCLUSION
Summarize your main ideas and how they can be beneficial to the company you are analyzing.
