Drawing from the class material (Please see attachments/ additional materials), write a research paper that proposes an improvement in how law enforcement can better use intelligence in the domestic context. You can address a major change or a minor one. As with any traditional research paper, the goal is to advance a thesis. Some things to think about as you prepare this paper:
Explain the nature and scope of the issue or challenge
Describe the factors that contribute to the problem
Recommend/propose solutions
Address and rebut counterarguments
Anticipate any implementation problems
The paper should be between 8-10 double-spaced pages, not including the cover page, introduction, and references. It should adhere to the APA Publication Manual (7th ed).
