Write a summary of your paper, framing it as a letter to the Member of Congress that represents you in the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Ron Wright U.S. Congressional District 6.
You should address your letter to them and demonstrate that you understand the Member’s point of view on the issues that you are writing them about. Your letter should demonstrate your knowledge of the Member and anticipate the Member’s position on your proposal and included the main points that the decision-maker should know. At a minimum, the letter should be appropriately addressed and should include the following: (1) a summary of the current policy;
(2) reasons for initiating changes;
(3) policy options to be considered;
(4) pros and cons of each option;
(5) recommended course of action; and
(6) reasoning for selecting that course of action.
