1.Faculty will assign you a Case Management concept and cultural group from the unbolded objectives under Unit objectives below, eg. Unit IX: Teaching and Learning Principles for Managed Care.
A cultural group is defined simply as a collection of individuals who share a core set of beliefs, patterns of behavior, and values. The groups may be large or small, but they are identified by their ways of thinking and behaving. nccc.georgetown.edu › curricula › awareness
2.Your paper will discuss the relationship between the Case Management concept and the cultural group.
3.Your literature search will be in two parts a) journal articles about the concept; b) journal articles about the cultural group. Peer reviewed journals in nursing, sociology, case management, medicine or any other professional discipline can be used.
Your paper should be 5 to 7 pages double spaced, APA format, excluding Title and Reference Page. You must cite three to five references from peer reviewed journals within the past 5 years to explain the issue and support your position of the relationship to the cultural group.
