In this course, each student is required to develop a marketing plan for a company (profit and not-for-profit organizations). Each student is expected to do the following:
1)Provide a company description and strategic focus to get a complete picture of the company;
2)Conduct a situation analysis and raise critical issues that the company is facing;
3)Provide a discussion of market-product focus and marketing program;
4)Offer an overall evaluation and recommendations for the company.
