How can Artificial Intelligence best benefit SDGs in developing countries? What are the key challenges and enables for AI?
What government regulations can support this process?

The aim is to link the idea of AI and defend my argument with different philosophies suggested by Plato for example or Dreyfus
and theories such as Modernisation Theory how could we link them together?
I am looking to have concrete literature on AI contributing to the UNs SDGs in developing countries such as in Asia we have Vietnam for example as they already started doing so and make a small comparison with the MENA region or Gulf countries like Saudi or the UAE who are currently very involved or also countries such as Tunis Morroco or Egypt who have just started using this innovation.
