As a teacher leader – for example, a head of curriculum, or a Principal, or a teacher working in a leadership role within your professional team – you have introduced a change to professional work practices. It might be with regard to pedagogy, or curriculum or assessment or another key aspect of your work, such as how to engage parents or how to represent the effectiveness of your school to system administrators and the public.
(i) Describe the changes you have introduced and your rationale for initiating the change. (about 350-500 words)
(ii) Outline and justify the consultative and design process that you employed to plan and institute the changes, considering in particular the interests and perspectives of different stakeholders and participants. (about 500 words)
(iii) Indicate how you deployed digital technologies and networks to assist in the consultative and design process. (about 500 words)
(iv) Focus in particular on the variety and types of evidence that you plan to collect that will inform your evaluation of the change that you have introduced. Consider evidence about how well (effectively) the process of consultation and design was managed as well as whether the change you introduced brought about the kinds of outcomes you anticipated. (about 1000 words)
