To-Do List Module 4

Module 4 Description

In this module you will complete your assignment on Evaluation of a Team’s Simulation Experience using a slide presentation which includes the use of the DASH Debriefing Evaluation tool. You will also explore the use of inter-professional training and how simulation training can take place at the point of nursing care rather than in a simulation center.

Module 4 Objectives

  1. Evaluate a video of a simulation experience.
  2. Critique a simulation evaluation tool found in the literature.
  3. Recognize the importance of both in-situ and inter-professional education as they relate to simulation.

 Final thoughts!

By now you should have most of your Design of a Simulation Experience filled in as a rough draft as you have used the information that you have gathered during each Module.  Now it is time to put the finishing touches on your presentation.  You are the educator, so use the skills you have learned to present your Design of a Simulation Experience PowerPoint as if you were presenting to a live audience. Remember no more than 6 lines and 6 words per line. Place the discussion of your scenario in the “notes” section of the slides.
