Procedures:
• Select Major Museum from provided list (US or International)
• Research their permanent or temporary/traveling collection
• Select an Artwork that appeals to you
• Write a 3 page minimum Artwork critique research paper
• Cite all reference (MLA format)
In any analysis, keep in mind the following: HOW and WHY is this a significant work of art? WHAT is the Artwork’s meaning? WHO created the piece? WHEN it created and what was the historical and social context.
