Was the MFR in the proper format IAW AR 25-50?           

NOTE: This is 2 Army Memorandums. To do this you need to use AR 25-50 as a reference. This needs to be from scratch and do not use any templates. Use templates as references but start them from scratch. This is about Army ROTC, first one 3 pages and second one 2 pages. I’m a Army Cadet

1. First Memorandun. A memorandum to the CG of USACC through your APMS, through the PMS, and through the 4th BDE CDR.  The memo will be three pages, will focus on providing recommendations for improving MS401 class and Operation Agile Leader (OAL). My school is Campbell University (CU).
2. A memorandum of understanding between the PMS for CU and the PMS for ECU(East Carolina University), two pages in length, discussing how to improve the OAL STX lanes for future FTXs
