In doing so, it will help you to generalize your arguments.
o You must take account of the pros and cons of the approach you are recommending, supporting your answer with evidence from the case and theoretical insights from the readings.
o Suggest general solutions based on your analysis.

3. Provide a short conclusion that restates why you come to that conclusion. (1 paragraph)
o Based on your analysis, what are the general solutions and suggestions? And why they are important?
o What does it mean for public managers and policymakers (generally practitioners)?
