This week’s assignment addresses topics concerning out-groups and embracing diversity. Create an email memo to one of your team leaders and present a plan for this team leader to either:

Improve their out-group empowerment skills.
or

Develop his or her diversity and inclusion approach.

Must be one single-spaced page in length (not including Reference page).
