b. Identify any potential barriers to success in achieving an inclusive organization. Support with main statements with research.

c. Analyze and explain competing contemporary concepts, perspectives, and theories of diversity and conflict. Support with main statements with research.

d. Create a model of your own for developing inclusive leadership in an organization, including leadership traits, communication, environmental and organizational factors, trends, and base it on one or more leadership theories. The model needs to be in an APA figure and explained in narrative form as part of the same heading/section. Search Google Scholar and select relevant research. Support main ideas with research (citations). Paper should have an introduction and closing paragraphs/sections. Write in third person. Use headings to organize your paper according to the listed requirements shown above (a-d). Use a title page and format the paper in APA. Remember to include citations and a reference page. APA figures and tables (and all writing) should be in black and white with no colors, including gray.
