Learning Opportunities:
Students will, by the end of the module, have the opportunity to:
• Demonstrate a detailed systematic approach to critically reflect on their own preferred management and leadership styles
• Lead and critically review a discussion using a virtual learning environment tool be able to communicate ideas and problems to both specialist and non-specialist audiences
• Understand and critically evaluate the importance of effective teamwork
• Develop their identity as a reflective professional and agent of change and demonstrate their ability to manage their own learning
