Each of you will be assigned one case over the Semester. Read and know that case. You will be required to orally brief the case for the entire class. Below you will find the form that will serve as a guide to briefing the case. Both the oral briefmg of the case and the written briefing will be required for full credit. This assignment is worth 15 points. Refer to Chapter 1, Appendix A which begins on page Al of your textbook. Use additional paper when needed.
1. What are the facts of the case?
2. What is the legal issue of the case? 3. How did the court decide on the issues?
4. What reasoning did the court use to substantiate their findings?
5. Do you agree or disagree with how the finding by the court in this matter? Please discuss why you decided as you did.
