After reading over the “Analysis” section (pages 6 – 14) and examining Table 2 (page 7), which of the three apology strategies are most appropriate for students to use in Spring 2021 semester (not specifically at SDSU, just in general)? Briefly explain why these three strategies are most fitting for college students currently enrolled who may not always be able to attend synchronous class sessions and/or complete assignments in a timely fashion.

Also, which 2 strategies should college students strive to avoid when composing/delivering an apology to their instructors via email or digital message? Again, briefly explain why these two strategies should be bypassed by sincere apology-givers.
