- Analyze the skills needed for effective leading and managing.
Overview
Although the term “leader” and “manager” might sound synonymous, there is a difference between being a leader and being a manager, and between leadership theories and management styles. This week, we will explore the differences and similarities in these roles, and you will begin to consider how you can excel at both.
