For this assignment, you will need to write your philosophy of education with a particular school district and position in mind. This may be the district where you are currently employed or some other district that interests you. Your philosophy of education should include information on learning theory, different learning styles, and other student needs that may be specific to your selected district and/or discipline. You also want to support your philosophy using the educational literature and include at least three relevant sources within your response. Please provide the name of the school district within New Jersey that you are drafting your philosophy of education for and the position that you would be applying for (e.g., elementary school principal or mathematics department supervisor). *Your response should be well written and organized.
