The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of virtual mentoring in fostering relationships and maintaining positive results while using an online platform. The goal of the study is to determine if online virtual mentoring is as effective as in-person mentoring
The methodology sections contain the following sections:
Research Design: What type of research design will you use? Why will you use this research design?
Participants: Who are your participants? How many? Describe their demographics. How were they chosen? Clearly describe all of this.
Procedure: Provide step by step procedures of how you will conduct your study.
Instrument: Describe the instrument(s) you will be using for your study. Why were these chosen? How do they align with your research questions?
Data Analysis: How will you analyze your data? For qualitative, are you looking for themes? Are you identifying common words? For quantitative, are you using a two-tailed test, one-tailed test, t-test, etc?
