2. Part Two
– Analyze potential risks and benefits of this path to resolution for various actors involved in the conflict (the length of this section will vary depending on how complex the conflict is). Here you can also add your own elaborations of what may not have been a part of the solutions your group suggested, but you consider it important to address.
3. Part Three (Block 3):
– Evaluate how Russia may behave under the scenario of the conflict resolution you offered. Based on its foreign policy goals and strategies and previous patterns of behavior, will Russia likely to participate in your suggested path to resolution? If so, how? If not, why not?
