Institutional Outcome Assessment
Once you have conducted your interview, write a reflection that is no more than two pages, double-spaced, to answer the following questions:
o How does your personal identity, past, and upbringing affect your beliefs about
others?
o What did you learn about your own biases after the interview was conducted?
o Provide an example of how you can overcome and prevent your biases from
affecting your interactions with others in the workplace?
o Provide an example of how, as a practicing professional, you will continue to learn about and practice non- biased interactions with others while functioning in a multicultural world.
o Provide an example of how you can educate others about the information you have learned regarding beliefs and biases in the workplace and the larger community?
