Apply the general stages of a reflective model to explore this:
Description – which domain you have chosen to focus on and why
Analysis – feelings and thoughts about development in this domain
Evaluation – any positives, negatives, what went well and not so well, any personal barriers
Action – how you will use your learning in future practice
