This assignment is worth 10% of your overall grade. In completing this assignment, you will demonstrate your ability to:

Purpose
You will demonstrate your learning from Lessons 1–5 in a written essay analysing how effective you believe your community is in recognizing the rights of marginalized groups from Lessons 2–5.
Context
Review the course information from Lesson #1–5 prior to starting this assignment.
Instructions
In order to complete this assignment:
1) Review information from Lesson #1–5
2) You will write an essay analysing how effective you believe your community is in recognizing the rights of marginalized groups we have studied in Lessons 2–5. Or, if you would prefer to use Ontario as your focus instead of your own community, you may. You should make reference to course readings and material, and while may use your
own research, you do not have to. It is the reference to course and application of course readings and videos that I will be looking for. In your essay, consider in which areas your community/Ontario is providing equitable advancements for the rights of these groups, and in which areas they could improve.
3) This essay should be 4 pages, double–spaced, and should include proper APA formatting.
