Change Model
Refer back to the “Lewin’s Change Management Model” Learning Activity. Based on the reading in the Learning Activity, what is required for change to happen? What step in the change process does this fall under based on the information provided in the text? In a one-page paper, respond to these questions, and discuss how you would identify or establish dissatisfaction to get those who are opposed changing to become dissatisfied with the status quo and desire change.
