Project Scheduling

In this assignment, you will work on developing the schedule for your entertainment website project. Please answer the following questions:

1. Create a deliverable-oriented Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for your project (Refer to the lecture, in a deliverable-oriented WBS, we use
deliverables and sub-deliverables rather than the activities resulting into the deliverables). Your WBS must include at least 12 components (deliverables and sub-deliverables) in total.

2. Based on the WBS, develop a list of activities/tasks that should be carried out throughout the project to produce the work packages (lowest level
deliverables). This must include at least 15 activities in total.

3. Create a precedence diagram that includes the tasks, their estimated durations, and their sequence. In a precedence diagram, the activities are shown on nodes and their relationships are shown using arrows.
