Assessment Information
You are required to prepare 2000word report containing details of a project scope and initial risk management plan for a project of your choice that was delivered in the United Kingdom within the last 20 years. The project must be an actual project that was delivered, but can be continuing in new phases in the present.

This report should draw on project management and risk management theory and should consider the following aspects of project management:
1. The project’s scope (including objectives, constraints and work breakdown structure)

2. An initial identification of risk and opportunities presented by the project

3. An initial evaluation of the identified risks and opportunities using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques in order to prioritize the risks (constructing a risk register) for response planning

4. Discussion on how the identified, assessed and prioritized risk should be monitored and managed over the project lifecycle (constructing a risk response plan).

You should critically discuss the main aspects related to project scoping as well as risk and opportunity management drawing upon appropriate project management theory and frameworks.
