Vanderbilt – The Party’s Over

1. What would classical criminologists have to say about the crime that was committed and the choices that were made?

2. What are some of the reasons that rape/sexual assaults often go unreported, and what were some of the things that made this case especially difficult?

3. In classical and neoclassical criminology punishment serves a deterrent, and a retributive, function.
