You must identify the key drivers for the changes in the business environment that are related to your selected organisation’s business. [you must contextualise with COVID-19 situation as well].

4. Critically assess the workplace culture of your selected organisation by using some of the questions surrounding Cultural Web. You must develop a detailed analysis of the culture of selected organisation. [You may try to develop a checklist likewise the questionnaire (this will be discussed in week 7) to understand the culture of your selected organisation which needs to be attached in the appendix].

5. Critically evaluate the relationship between your selected organisation’s present culture [analysed in (d)] and its efficiency in achieving financial and non-financial performance.
