NO SMOKE WITH OUT DAMAGE -The Effects of Smoking E-Cigarettes under 25 year olds in the city of London

Design an academic poster (PowerPoint) on a specific existing national or international health service issue. ( 1000 words) Provide some justification of an unmet need that this service does not yet meet.

The poster must incorporate the following:

• Title of the poster (No smoke without damage)
• Introduction /Description of the existing health service issue/unmet needs.
• Evidence of research identifying rationale for design (this may include what similar competitors may be doing)
• Plan on location and smaller group of people. (Under 25/ young adults, borough of London city)
• Proposed plan for improvement
• Show which model has been used for evaluation
• Show technical limitation and how this technic was used and effectiveness
• A plan for stakeholder involvement and dissemination,
• Budgeting, how much cost is – (how are funds acquired)- e.g., charity, Government, Private investors, Organizations etc.
• A brief evaluation strategy that will show how the new improved service is performing
• Reference List: Not more than 10 references (of which 6 must be academic references and must include a reference to the core text).
• Summery (separate note) what the poster is talking about

 Why you chose this health service-related project and issue
 The research that informed the design/content of the poster (e.g., Gantt Charts/Six sigma tool)
 Your candid thoughts on the evidence-base for the improvement you have suggested and issues that might hinder the improvement from achieving its goals

 What are the gaps/unmet needs identified trying to address?
 Does the model you chose to evaluate reflect any aspect of the invisible asylum?
 How would you improve the service (what would you do?) and what factors would you need to consider?
 Identify a model/theory that you would use to underpin your suggested improvements

To pass Assessment 2, the student will need to

• Identify a gap in the current provision of a health service in relation to addressing a specific need.
• Demonstrate the use of analytical tools when developing new or improving quality of services.
• Demonstrate the use of technology for gathering and analysis of data.
• Identify the competitors and their activities which may have an impact on the new or improved services.
