Leadership development
Critically evaluate the development; consider:
-The things that might cost in terms of, for instance, money, time, effort, psychological impact; both during implementation or longer term.
-The potential benefits to staff, the service, the profession, the service users, the public etc
-The difficulty of making the change, including, amongst other things, the individual development needs, the possible transition arrangements, the acceptance of all stakeholders
-Outline the potential for the change to extend the role of radiographers, or to offer positive employability outcomes
-Reflect on this assignment and critique your ability to contribute to such development once you have qualified.
You will need to support your development proposal with reference to relevant literature.
