Procedure

You are a Change Management consultant working for a leading business consulting firm. You have been recently hired by another organisation to prepare a “Readiness for Change” report and advise them on how well their business is prepared to deal with key changes in the industry.

You are required to research and write a report that provides the following information:

1. Identify the key challenges faced by your organisation and its industry. For example, these could include challenges related to climate change, sustainability, disruptive technology, workforce diversity, globalisation etc. (600 words)

2. Using a ubiquitous approach to change, critically analyse your organisation’s change capability to address one key challenge. (800 words)

3. Analyse any organisational obstacles to change in addressing the key challenge. (700 words)

4. Recommend steps your organisation can take to tackle the various organisational and behavioural issues identified to make your organisation change ready. (900 words)
