This assessment is a Technical Report for management. You are using this report to communicate technical information, and research relating to technical concepts, including graphical depictions of designs.
Here you are identifying and discussing the selection of real-world suppliers for your product/service. You are required to include identification and discussion of your selection of real-world, local, and global logistics companies. You need to include local/global logistics between suppliers, from First Tier suppliers to your company, and downstream local/global logistics. These logistic decisions must be feasible. For example, you would not move tonnes of heavy metal by using aircraft, you would use rail or trucks. This assessment MUST INCLUDE a multi-tier, upstream, downstream supply chain diagram that you refer to in your discussions. Suppliers must be identified with their location named in the supply chain diagram. The specific type of logistics used must be identified within the supply chain diagram, either by text or icon, e.g. if using a train, write train or use a train icon. APA 7 referencing throughout.
