Critical reflection on the choice of data analytics in terms of reaching specific marketing objectives.
Description and presentation of the Findings and results of the data analytics simulation:
Critical evaluate the key data elements of the simulation, discussion of limitations to validity and reliability.
Appraise potential new metrics and then recommend, with justification, two further relevant sets of digital metrics that could be used by BUHI to assist in operational decision making to gain or maintain sustainable competitive advantage.
