Who are your readers
Our textbook offers a series of questions to help you better profile your reader, in this case, the reader of your letter. Use the assignment description of who your audience is for your letter, and profile your letter reader based on three of the seven areas listed in the textbook on pages 93 and 94. The goal is to think about this hostile audience more deeply, so you can draft a better letter. Select three of the seven and explain what you know about your audience. Answer in three-bullet form. For instance, if you chose to think about your reader’s job responsibilities you’d start a bullet with that label and explain what you know about the audience’s job responsibilities.
