Notes about Valid Research and APA

You must conduct scholarly research by using valid and reliable peer-reviewed journals or authoritative industry sources via the university library online databases. While you may begin some rudimentary research using Wikipedia or similar sources, you may not refer to, or use, any Wikipedia article, Google search results (or similar search engine results, e.g., Bing, Yahoo, etc.), or popular web sites as either peer-reviewed or authoritative sources. Synopsis

In this assignment, you will undertake further research and review literature about various change models and theories. You will select one or more change management models and apply them to your identified organizational change management scenario.

You are encouraged to consider how two or more scholarly change management models may intersect to provide effective approaches to your change situation.

Tasks

Write a 5- to 7-page paper using the Change Model(s) Justification and Rationale template Download Change Model(s) Justification and Rationale template to address:
Change Model Selections and Theoretical Description: discuss the change model or models selected for application to your personal change management situation. Be sure to explain the theoretical underpinnings of the model or models as an effective change management tool (general model interpretation).

Change Model Justification: justify and support the rationale for why the models are best suited for addressing the resolution of your personal change management scenario.
Organizational Future State: discuss specifically how you will optimally apply the models to result in a future state of organizational effectiveness.

Summary: Summarize the model selections and key reflection on the essential elements. Support your work with a minimum of eight scholarly references.
