Term Paper Proposal
The purpose of the term paper proposal is to ensure there is a sufficient and logical approach to the final term paper. You will receive feedback from your instructor.
Students will link their term paper to the following concepts to demonstrate that they have developed:
1. An understanding of the structure of public organizations and agencies;
2. An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of government organizations in society;
3. An insight into the workings of public agencies; and
4. An ability to research and analyze topics of public administration.
The Term paper proposal provides a comprehensive outline for the Term Paper, which will clearly indicate the option that the paper will explore. The plan will also include an annotated bibliography with at least 7 academic resources.
Term Paper Option:
Students should thoroughly “think through” the term paper assignment and incorporate those academic resources and thoughts into the Term Paper proposal.
Term Paper Plan Requirements:
1. Title page
2. Introduction
3. Annotated bibliography
4. Why you chose the topic
5. Purpose of term paper
6. Significance of term paper
7. Methodology
This paper should be double spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman font. This paper should be minimum of five pages in length (there are no maximum lengths for papers).
