As a long-term career goal, I picture myself as a director of a pharma company or get into a leadership position optimizing the existing healthcare experience to create an impact in that field. I believe my short-term goal will help me set up my long-term goal after attaining ample amount of experience in the industry.
My immediate or Post MBA career goal would be to move into a Product management role preferably in the healthcare domain. I am aware of the fact such shifts are logical given my current experience, but I would like to hone my problem solving, product strategies, data analysis skills further by leveraging the MBA program. I would love to explore my options into Retail sector or Logistics too.
Earning an MBA from Kenan Flagler B-School will help me have a significant edge in the job market. The program can be beneficial to enhance my marketability as a professional and increase the quality of job opportunities. Personally, I would want to test my capabilities in the areas that needs an overhaul like Increased self-confidence, leadership skills.
Professionally it is a long-term investment I am willing to make that would impact my earning potential, provide new career path opportunities, expand my network.
