Reflect on your initial thoughts as you read the article. What were you most surprised to learn regarding technology’s significant impact on healthcare providers, whether good or bad?
Gawande discusses many challenges and positive outcomes of the EHR. Briefly discuss some of the advantages and positive results of the EHR as presented by the author.
Select one negative result of using the electronic record described in the article and provide a recommendation that you might employ to reduce risks and improve the process for this issue. I have provided a few examples below.
