Behavior Change Assignment

Write up a change you have gone through in your life – preferably a change in your diet and preferably a deliberate change that you wanted to make. Why did you make the change? What motivated you? How did you do it? Did anyone influence you? Did you experience setbacks? How did you manage setbacks? What barriers did you experience? Did you have support from anyone in making the change? Where does this stand now and how do you feel about it? Was it ultimately a change for the better or for the worse? Or use an example of someone in your family or a friend. Use Figure 1-1 in Holli text to help you write this.
