Adaptation Model of Nursing
Criteria for Substantive (this applies to at least three messages during the week–see grading rubric on right side of the page):

- Stay on topic and address the course objectives
- Demonstrate proper spelling, grammar, and scholarly tone
Consider your personal views, beliefs, and attitudes you have about nursing, people, the role of the patient and the nurse, health, and your environment. Using your textbook, or any of the other resources in this course, find a nursing theory or a borrowed theory that is congruent with your views.
- Explain the theory you found and why it is congruent with your personal views.
