Forensic evidence

Imagine that you are now an expert in the critical assessment of forensic science techniques. You have been invited by the National Institute of Forensic Science and the Australian Innocence Network to write a report evaluating one key piece of forensic evidence. They are concerned with its use as expert evidence in court and the prevention of future wrongful conviction.

In your paper, include:
-A description of the scpecific forensic science technique and its scientific basis;
-The strengths and limitations of the forensic science technique that can be used to assist or argue against the admission of such evidence in court; and
-Recommendations as to how to improve the forensic science technique to prevent future wrongful convictions.
