What do you want to accomplish?

Why do you want to accomplish this? What are the requirements?

Are there any the constraints? (If so, identify them. If there are no constraints, note no constraints.)

How will you measure whether the goal has been reached?

How will you know you have succeeded in reaching your goal?

(Include at least 2 measurable indicators. Be specific.)

Do you have the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and resources to accomplish your goal?

How can the goal be accomplished?

What steps can you take to achieve your goal?

Will meeting the goal challenge you without defeating you?

Is this a worthwhile goal?

Is it meaningful for you? Why?

(or is it just something others would want me to do?)

Is this goal in line with your long-term objectives? Explain.

How long will it take you to achieve your goal?

What is the deadline for completion of the goal?

Will you be able to accomplish all the steps needed to achieve your goal within the established time frame?
